This project transformed the 1907 historic St. John's City Hall into a fully accessible and seismically safe Community Policing Facility while restoring and retaining its original architectural character. Each of the three floors is anchored by a central space for gathering: workout space on the ground floor, common work area on the main floor, and community meeting room on the third floor.
