The Northern Wasco County PUD project expands and renovates a ten year old existing facility. The magnificent site overlooking the Columbia River in The Dalles, Oregon, had little room for expansion. Requirements included increasing administration, information technology and hydro office space; creating a new community/board room; providing a new truck and vehicle garage; and updating the finishes throughout.
