For the second time we have completed an important building for the Full Sail Brewing team: first the brewery, finished in 1995, and now this expansion into the neighboring 48,000 square foot, three story, building. Renamed for Full Sail’s Session beer, this adaptive reuse adds warehouse space, expanded bottling line, lab, and executive offices. The solution removes 80 years of modifications, inserts minimal rooms for offices and conferencing while exposing wood trusses and board formed concrete walls.
